Evoo has established an enviable reputation for fine food and service with both locals and visitors alike. The restaurant is located at the SkyCity Casino and Resort overlooking the ocean at Darwin’s Mindil Beach which is famous for the weekly Asian-style sunset markets that take place from May to October.

Evoo patrons can choose from a variety of menus that include an a la carte dinner menu, a special gourmet menu, and a variety of set menus to suit all tastes and price ranges. The dinner menu includes signature dishes such as the peppered Tasmanian salmon on saffron pasta served with a scampi salsa and a lobster Evoo dressing. Pan-seared king prawns on lobster risotto served with sauteed asparagus and a lime and dill sauce is also a favourite. The dessert selection includes a chocolate prune pate, and a frozen passionfruit and caramelised orange souffle served with sweet lavosh praline yoghurt. The wine list is extensive and offers a wide selection of mainly South Australian and Western Australia wines as well as a Cellar Master list of premier wines including French champagnes and Australian vintage wines.
