Chef Minh Nguyen, knows how to hit the spot, with his authentic home-style Vietnamese food. Its list of fresh spring rolls, curries, wok stir-fries and vermicelli salads is extensive and well priced with entrées such as red chicken skewers with nuoc cham and fresh spring rolls like the prawn rolls with hot green chilli sauce. Xage’s specialty mains include silken tofu with sichuan pepper salt and chilli, as well as a grilled Tasmanian ocean trout cha cá in herbs and spices.
