The taxi service operates from virtually any wharf or jetty between Manly in the north, all of Middle Harbour, the main harbour, Lane Cove River and Parramatta River.
Water Taxis Combined can accommodate a whole range of passenger numbers, from just one person up to a very large group on a fleet of water taxis.
All the skippers have an excellent knowledge of the harbour, and are happy to point out various sights and landmarks along the way.
Fares for a direct transfer are based on an initial flagfall for the hire of the vessel, then a charge per person travelling. On most transfers, the more people that are travelling, the lower the fare per person is. The typical fare for a group of six people would be $10 to $15 per person.
