The Waterfront restaurant's unique nautical decor creates a splendid ambience. Fishermans' nets, ship's bells, rudders and other treasures of the marine world are on display to set the nautical mood, which is carried on right to the water's edge. The gentle breeze from the surrounding sea creates a languid, holiday feeling and here you can sample some of the best seafood in the world, including lobster, mud crab, prawn and succulent John Dory.
The Restaurant manager can arrange special menus and rates from 30-2000 people. Located only a few minutes from the Opera House, Circular Quay and most major hotels in the CBD and Rocks, all three restaurants offer a perfect setting in a splendid historical converted stone warehouse with an outdoor terrace, perfect for al fresco dining all year round.

The Restaurants of the Rocks complex specialises in all types of functions, including theme parties, weddings, trade presentations, seminars, fashion parades and birthdays. The expert team can co-ordinate any type of function catering for 20-800 people. The latest audio visual equipment and lighting effects are also available.
