Nice setting, friendly staff. Pasta dishes were really basic and plain. The meat was cooked to perfection in most cases but you had to order side dishes in addition, to make the meal substantial. The potato mousse wasn’t good. (What's wrong with real mash?) In my opinion, a few tweaks and they could be on to something good but they're definitely not there yet.  29/09/2011

Went here because of reviews we'd read on eatability and the place surpassed our expectations. We had a great night, and it made me want to share the experience (I normally read comments on eatability, however, this is the first time I have posted a review). Simply superb! Dined here last night with my partner and two friends. A buzzy, modern Italian feel supported well by friendly, capable and attentive service enabled the four of us to sit back, relax and enjoy. The food here is absolutely amazing! Some of the best I've had in my life – veal cheeks, grilled barramundi and the chestnut duck ravioli were all brilliant. It was our first night out in a long time and I can't express how fantastic everything was; cocktails and wine list were bang on and we did not have a single negative all night - we loved it. The best of both; good food and great service (and a really good beer selection!) Very clean and the tables and booths are nicely arranged. The staff are always friendly and well-managed. Definitely a good spot for lunch, easy parking as well, cannot go wrong here! 4 stars!  09/09/2011
