The cuisine is original and generously sized. Signature entrees – crisp rice pancakes and Vietnamese ravioli – exude an abundance of flavour through a brilliant blend of prawns, pork and coconut milk. Also popular is the succulent lemongrass and chilli beef which is marinated overnight and exceptionally tender, and the best-selling crispy boneless duck. Coconut prawns set in a rich, tangy sauce and served in a fresh coconut complete the experience. Vegetarian options are also worth a try – especially the Asian vegetables with shiitake mushrooms or the vegetable curry cooked in a clay pot. Service is very attentive, prompt and pleasant and Tri Tran is a very personable Maitre’ D.
