The food at the Terrace Restaurant is top notch, with an emphasis on the best of Australian Meat supplied by AACO 1824 Beef Brand, Australia’s oldest pastoral company. Wagyu from the Char Grill, where the grill takes a hammering, is at its juiciest and succulent best. It brings out the primeval carnivore in us all. The delicate texture and flavour of the finest seafood however, is the perfect foil for the robust Wagyu. The ubiquitous surf and turf even finds it way onto the menu. It’s the Bar & Grill’s own interpretation though, in the form of the “Ocean & Pasture plate” which more than adequately serves Two. This is great value for so much of Australia’s finest steak & Seafood.
If meat is not on your menu then take a look at the well thought vegetarian and vegan options, all bases covered here. The layout of the Bar & Grill is spacey, welcoming and the entire mood, with practical lighting, is pleasing, and gives an air of confidence. Plus the best in soulful, chilled out sounds to ease the digestion too, what more can you wish for.
