The Tea Room Gunners’ Barracks is one of the best places in Sydney to enjoy traditional High Tea throughout the year, served on authentic British three tiered silver stands with Royal Albert china. FOOD & BEVERAGEHead Chef Marc Philpott is dedicated to serving seasonal Australian produce in a sumptuous setting that is ideal for corporate lunches or private celebrations. Traditional afternoon tea includes a set selection of sweet cakes and savoury pastries, a selection of finger sandwiches, homemade scones with preserves and clotted cream and a wide selection of tea or coffee. Gluten free afternoon tea is also available daily. Morning tea is served daily from 11am to 12pm and afternoon tea is served throughout the day from 11am. The Modern Australian lunch menu is accompanied by an extensive offering of both Australian and international wines.
FUNCTIONSThis unique venue is perfectly suited for social and corporate events including breakfast meetings, team building days, wedding receptions, sit-down dinners and cocktail parties. The venue is available for exclusive hire and can accommodate between 20 and 180 guests. There are a number of packages available that can be customised to suit personal requirements. The room accommodates a maximum of 130 seated guests and ancillaries such as microphone, lectern and dance floor can be made readily available.
