FOOD & BEVERAGE
Be captivated by the warm aroma of sizzling tapas, and the prospect of sampling premium Spanish and Australian wines is only just the beginning of a memorable Iberian experience. The extensive tapas menu features gambas al ajillo (garlic prawns), chorizo a la plancha (BBQ Spanish sausage) and albondigas (traditional Spanish meat balls). These are but a few of the tantalizing dishes that are sure to fire up taste buds before the platos fuertes (main meals) reach the table. Dine on the likes of chuletas de cordero (lamb cutlets), mussels a la marinera or the classic Spanish paella, which come in seafood and vegetarian varieties. The fiesta will not be complete without a jug of refreshing sangria to accompany your meal, and traditional Spanish churros with hot chocolate sauce to top it all off, and leave you screaming “Ole!”
FUNCTIONS
The restaurant seats up to 160 guests, and is ideal for corporate functions or other special events including Christmas parties and birthdays. A banquet menu has been especially designed for such occasions.
