A little live music can turn an oversized, sterile area into a funky, hip bar in a heartbeat – and this is exactly what happens at Rock Lily. But beyond the music, Rock Lily’s interior features a mixture of new and vintage pieces which gives it a surprisingly edgy atmosphere. Throw in a duke box, a converted Cadillac seat booth and Star City might just be turning into the new Surry Hills bar scene. But if you’re craving a vodka and cranberry or even just a beer, this is not the place for you – Rock Lily is strictly focused on tequila. And be ready to spend some time pondering the menu as Rock Lily has the biggest selection in Australia (with 120 different types, to be exact).
