FOOD & BEVERAGEThe restaurant offers modern Australian cuisine with a wonderful assortment of items on hand. Dine on the likes of charred baby calamari served with grilled fennel, peppers, spinach, caperberries and lime aioli for entrée or a dish of succulent grilled king prawns served with crispy rice cakes, cucumber, thai basil and sprout salad. Main courses feature pasta, meat and seafood dishes like the famed ragout with prawns, scallops, mussels, calamari and blue eye cod with rouille and pesto bread. The real specialities are the hot-off-the grill specials with options of cape grim beef fillet, grainage silver beef sirloin, veal cutlets and salmon fillet with a choice of sides. The bar menu offers a selection of booze-soaker tapas delights from salt cod fritters served with tartare sauce and grilled lime as well as deep fried chickpeas with spiced potato pearls. FUNCTIONS PARKROYAL Parramatta offers a number of meeting and function spaces that are perfect for corporate and private entertaining. The Boardroom and James Macarthur Room are ideal for small business meetings with a capacity for 25 delegates. Larger events, including weddings, can be held in the Macquarie room which seats up to 120 people and can accommodate 150 for cocktails. The Governor’s Ballroom is the largest and grandest space with a capacity of 550 guests.
