The Assortment of items on hand begin with a buffet breakfast, and for dinner, signature grilled dishes are a popular choice with options of cape grim beef fillet, grainage silver beef sirloin, veal cutlets and salmon fillet with a choice of sides. FUNCTIONS PARKROYAL Parramatta offers a number of meeting and function spaces that are perfect for corporate and private entertaining. The Boardroom and James Macarthur Room are ideal for small business meetings with a capacity for 25 delegates. Larger events, including weddings, can be held in the Macquarie room which seats up to 120 people and can accommodate 150 for cocktails. The Governor’s Ballroom is the largest and grandest space with a capacity of 550 guests.
