New Shanghai in Ashfield is responsible for the Xiao Long Bao following. This is where the dumpling addiction started when the traditional Chinese cuisine techniques were brought by John Chen and his parents in the early 90s. The cues that lead from the door have lead to other eateries around the city so Sydney diners may easily get their fix. As well as the delicious al carte menu, there is lunch time yum cha serving treasures aplenty.
