M Restaurant is a modern cosmopolitan restaurant and bar conveniently located on the fringe of Parramatta. It offers fine modern Australian cuisine and an extensive wine selection. Located on the fringe of Parramatta CBD - 10 minutes from Sydney Olympic Park, 30 minutes from Sydney CBD and 30 minutes from Sydney International Airport.

DETAILS
Mercure Parramatta offers 164 spacious rooms, very popular restaurant and bar, a swimming pool, tennis court and conference facilities.

M RESTAURANT
Executive Chef, Adam Norton, brings his unique and inspiring creations. Enjoy fine dining at its best in a casual and relaxed atmosphere coupled with warm and friendly service. Seating for 70 is available in the restaurant. An outdoor terrace dining is available – popular option on warmer nights and summer days.

M BAR
Catch up with friends and business colleagues at the M bar located within Mercure Sydney Parramatta. Choose from an extensive wine list and bask in a lively and vibrant atmosphere. Equipped with an outdoor terrace, the M Bar is perfect to relax and unwind after a busy day. Located on Mezzanine Level, The M Bar is open from Midday until late.

A number of function packages available in the boutique-style function rooms which adjoin a large outdoor terrace, spacious pre-function areas and a grand staircase.
