Under the new direction of licensee Matt Kennedy and head Chef Chris Bell, Madame Fling Flong is changing its focus this year. While a few old cocktail favourites will remain on the menu, the food menu, while not strictly European, will feature a host of small share plates. Drawing inspiration from the tapas and pinxos bars of Spain and the Basque region, diners can choose from a la carte options, a banquet style menu or an 8-course 'Chef's Table' experience.
