Love, Tilly Devine

     

Named after one of the most diabolical female criminals in Sydney’s history, Love, Tilly Devine has the witty spirit of the madam in its wine lists, and the creativity in its food. The menu plays with the flavours of the restaurant’s herb garden and that morning’s market buys so the mostly snacky dishes change daily. You might come across fresh marinated sardines sprinkled with currants and pine nuts, or perhaps some octopus slow roasted in wine with new potatoes and garlic mayonnaise. The Devine wine list draws equally from the old and new worlds, as does the wine bar itself as a tribute to the darling Darlinghurst.
