La Cocina Peruana is a wonderful and beautifully decorated new café situated in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. The authentic “Inca” cuisine consists of a mixed variety that has been influenced by Spanish, Italian and Oriental cuisines, resulting in exotic dishes.

18/12/2009 Small boutique restaurant, simple decor and even though you can almost see the chef it feels like a family run restaurant. Probably not for you fine diners, but if you're looking for food and flavour then it is a must visit. The lady who served us was very polite even though her English was a little limited, although she did manage a cocktail that wasn't on the list! The beef stir-fry (Lomo Santado) was totally amazing, my husband almost ordered again. Unusual, with marinated chips included in the stir-fry, but they were the making of the dish.
