EMERALD ROOMThe Emerald Room is a cosy little room tucked behind the dining area of Industrie South of France which conjures images of Moulin Rouge-style decadence. Here you can imagine that you’re a hedonistic French aristocrat sipping absinthe as you melt into the luxurious scarlet arm chairs or relax on the mint green banquettes which line the walls.
