Ice Cube provides a selection of fresh seafood from the delicious seafood platter for 2 to the signature prawn cocktail and whole fish served to your liking. Sizzling steaks from the grill, crispy skinned chicken and braised lamb shanks are also on the menu. Executive Chef, Michael James, has recently created a new menu and the Restaurant Manager has included new wines and cocktails to the already extensive list.

Ice Cube is a fantastic location to hold a client luncheon or staff get together in the restaurant or bar overlooking the sparkling waters of Darling Harbour. Set menus are available for groups of 12 guests or more - $50.00 per person for two courses*, $60.00 per person for three courses* Please select one dish from the a la carte menu for each course to be served on a set basis or two dishes from the a la carte menu for each course to be served on an alternate basis. * excludes seafood platters and lobster meals.

Sitting under the shadow of the towering IMAX Theatre, Ice Cube Seafood Grill and Bar offers the best of both worlds when it comes to Sydney’s passion for dining on seafood by the water. It’s up to you; pick up some takeaway to tuck into on the marina steps overlooking the water, or settle in at a white clothed table within the swish yet casual surrounds of the dining room. With a massive open-air deck out the front, Ice Cube boasts floor to ceiling windows which peel back so that even those sitting in the far back corner won’t miss out on the fantastic view outside.
Whether it be for lunch or dinner, the menu at Ice Cube is sure to please many palates. The focus is on fresh seafood prepared with a strong Mediterranean influence, though there are also plenty of dishes for those looking for something a little less fishy. An entree of freshly shucked natural oysters accompanied by a Bellini is perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up but if you’re after something more substantial the seafood platter for two is spot on. Piled high with king prawns, mussels, blue swimmer crab and a half lobster, it makes an impressive addition to the table. Ice Cube’s cocktail bar is a popular spot after a film at the IMAX and with late opening hours no-one in this part of Darling Harbour needs to go hungry.
