We all know that when it comes to sustainable eating, seafood is the first thing that should be blacklisted and so we welcome this Annandale gem Fish & Co with open arms. Dinner at The Sustainable Seafood Café is not only guilt-free but it tastes damn good too. Menu highlights include the semolina-crusted cuttlefish with a punchy chilli jam and grilled salmon served on steamed green-tea noodles and a miso-broth.
