Est would be the best restaurant I've been to in Sydney so far. Food was exquisite, service was top-notch, and the interior deco is minimalist classy with a high-end twist. I don't mind if I had to pay 100 bucks per meal. It is worth it. Simply fabolous!

Great wine list; various prices, regions and a great selection of vintage wines and champagnes.
Nice, tidy menu. Everything is likeable and classic, with a twist.
Decent portion size, but the meals are quite pricey. You pay for quality, though.
I like that the tables are a decent width apart, you don't feel like you are over crowded at all and it's very comfortable.
