Start your day with the signature Criniti’s Toast – fried Italian bread with your choice of butterscotch sauce and cream, or maple syrup and banana. Dine on the likes of the Nonna’s Bruschetta with goat’s cheese, artichokes and marinated mushrooms come midday, and sample Criniti’s famous woodfired pizza for lunch and dinner. Innovative toppings include‘campagnola’ with Italian sausage, zucchini flowers, basil, mozzarella and goat’s cheese, as well as the ‘vitello’ with marinated veal, garlic, oregano, basil and mozzarella. There are plenty of sweet treats to finish off the meal, such as the specialty Nutella Bomba, a pizza pocket filled with the famous chocolate spread, coated with cinnamon and served with vanilla bean gelato.
