Chedi Thai

Chedi Thai is one of those restaurants where you can go for special occasions or just a quick meal. It is affordable but at the same time the standard is much higher than your local Thai. The owners have a background in hotels and it shows in the quality of the food, service and interior. The tables are well spaced and the chairs all high backed, which allows a level of privacy even when the restaurant is crowded. Also, Chedi is carpeted with well chosen ambient music so it is never noisy. I have been so often that it is difficult to mention my best experience; so instead I will recommend my favourite dishes. The must have is Soft Shell Crab with Green Mango but I also never fail to order Fish Soufflé. Try any of their Thai style salads which have a perfect balance of sour and spice.
