Inspired by the sexiness of the Brazilian culture and the flavours and tastes of their fruits, the cocktail list offers a unique selection of Caipifrutas (think banana, rockmelon, caramel and rosemary flavours) with a more traditional cocktail offer that has hints of Brazil throughout, in some cases replacing vodka and gin with cachaca, tequila and pisco.

Owner Fabricio Campos likes the way the new list works with the food menu, he says, “At Boteco our food and cocktails are always in sync, our aim is to offer our patrons authentic Brazilian flavours, textures and of course, experience. With the new list comes new food items that incorporates exotic flavours like Brazilian organic palm oil and Bolivian quinoa.”

Boteco is now open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday from midday onwards, offering a different lunch menu each weekend, perfect to visit after a stroll of the Surry Hills markets or a spot of shopping on Crown street.
