DETAILSBlue Café provides diners with a sophisticated setting of grey and black hues that blend seamlessly into the industrial warehouse look of the interior. Elegant black marble-topped tables with a melange of plush grey velvet chairs and booth-styled seating elegantly fill the space. The Water Bar with its sleek silver counter employs stylish strip lighting beneath the bar-top to accentuate the lustre of short-backed white stools that line its edge. Grey velvet armchairs, and modular sofas are placed elegantly adjacent to the bar, whilst black leather ottomans and chase lounges sit opposite on a Moorish blue and black patterned carpet reminiscent of the waterside setting.
FOOD & BEVERAGEBLUE Café offers big breakfast and classic Sydney café fare, of seasonal fruit with honey and yogurt, bircher muesli and an assortment of egg dishes, whilst classic sandwiches and wraps like stir-fried beef, roasted capsicum, onion and rocket provide delicious grazing options for brunch through to lunch. The Water Bar showcases an equally tantalizing selection of modern Australian cuisine with freshly sucked manning river oysters as an opening snack to match a cheeky cocktail before the main meals arrive. Select from potato gnocchi with Persian feta, stuffed zucchini flowers and sage butter or a char-grilled wagga wagga sirloin served with Paris mash, steamed vegetable and red wine jus. For dessert the crème brulee served with lavender biscotti is the perfect sweet treat to accompany another signature water bar drink such as a ruby rose or bitter sweet kiss.
FUNCTIONS BLUE Sydney can cater for a variety of functions from private parties to corporate events. With six unique function rooms on offer cocktail affairs can be easily accommodated with the Strategy Room hosting 80 guests and the Deep End holding up to 150 guests. Seated functions for a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 100 can also be held in the unique spaces. The Thinking room is perfect for delegate meetings whilst the Water Bar can be hired for an elegant extravaganza of up to 500 guests.
