Woollahra is the youngest of the three Bills restaurants, and it is also the most spacious, with an open plaza for al fresco dining. But being in Woollahra means it has its work cut out for it, catering to clientele with high expectations and maintaining the reputation that Bills has built for itself. So far it seems to be doing well, serving the famous Bills breakfasts, lunch and afternoon tea with the likes of warm lentil salad with burrata and mint. You can escape for a quiet coffee, wine or meal in the tranquil courtyard and never know you were in the heart of bustling Woollahra, famous for its boutique art, home wares and clothing shopping and only minutes from the city centre.
