Renowned for delivering one of the best seafood buffets in Sydney, Baygarden's Seafood Extravaganza line-up begins with a generous chilled seafood spread of freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters, succulent prawns, mussels, luscious balmain bugs and blue swimmer crabs. Diners can also select form extensive selection of salads and antipasto platters to compliment the fresh seafood selection. The hot buffet comprises of modern Australian inspired dishes that rotate daily. The decadent dessert section will make any diner swoon with its luxurious pastries cakes and tarts as well as Australian cheese selection. Baygarden Restaurant is an ideal venue for birthdays, parties and weddings, with private sections available. The restaurant caters for a maximum of 250 guests and the outdoor dining pavilion seats 100 guests.
