FOOD & BEVERAGE8BROTHERS and The Terrace, a 120-seater restaurant headed by executive chef, Michael Rantissi, is located on the ground floor of the venue. With previous stints at Melbourne’s Vue De Monde, Sydney’s Pier Restaurant and Bather’s Pavilion, Rantissi is well equipped to cater for Sydneysiders growing epicurean palettes. The menu consists of Middle Eastern street food, Mediterranean inspired share plates and wood-fired pizzas as well as a comprehensive selection of carnivorous dishes and seafood sourced from local Australian suppliers. Start with a snack of Moroccan chicken and haloumi cigars with a tomato and coriander sauce, which will awaken the senses and fire up the belly to move onto a charcuterie plate of artisan cured meats, cornichons and French butter. Alternatively opt for a rustic wood-fired pizza like the ‘lamb harra’ with its dukkah crusted lamb, red harissa, sheep feta, almonds, olives and mint. It will go down nicely with a claret drop of Mountadam Shiraz, an All Saints Cabernet Sangiovese, or perhaps a crisp chardonnay.

Experience a labyrinth of rooms and levels from small intimate settings to crowd pleasing inclusiveness that are ideal for business meetings and other private celebrations. The entire venue can cater for 850 guests cocktail-style, whilst other precincts are available for smaller parties of 50-150 including the Chapel, 1909, Bethel and Rawson Rooms, BAR100 and Booths, and 8BROTHERS restaurant.
