Recommended is the Omakase Desgustation Menu featuring such wonders as Seasonal Whitefish with ponzu sauce and fresh chilli and Seared Tuna with spinach miso vinegar sauce. Sake and Shochu is always on hand to enhance the flavours of these gastronomic delicacies. Master Japanese Chef, Kimitake Azuma, has established a reputation over 8 years for distinctive and inventive culinary creations and his restaurant is frequented by chefs and celebrities who go for the high-quality fresh sushi, sashimi and authentic Japanese cuisine on offer. Shabu-Shabu is delightful and distinctive fare not commonly found in Australia. The ingredients of this authentic Japanese dish are delicately sliced premium Wagyu Beef, vegetables and your own hot pot of boiling water. The Wagyu Beef is rich in protein and essential omega 3-like amono-saturated fatty acids.
Shabu-Shabu means wish swish referring to the swishing action when cooking the ingredients in the portable range on your table. The Wagyu Beef requires only a few seconds swishing while the vegetables require a few minutes. Enhance your DIY experience with a shot of Sake or Shochu? Remember: There are no rules for eating Shabu-Shabu. You are the chef. You can swish what you want - when you want! Or for first-timers our service staff will do your swishing for you.

PRIVATE DINING ROOMS
Guests have a choice of dining at the Sushi Bar, the main dining area or one of three private dining rooms. These elegantly appointed rooms can cater to 4 to 38 guests, providing an ideal option for functions, parties and special occasions.
Complimentary parking is available for dinner guests after 5:30pm. (parking entrance via Bent Street).
