Adria Rybar and Grill captures the flavours of the Adriatic seaside region from Venice in the North, through to Crete, South of Greece. Adria offers seafood dishes, spit roast meats, pastas, as well as flavourful Adriatic specialties. Adria has a warm atmosphere for lunch with family and friends or meetings with colleagues. Adria's service is focused on sharing the continuous delivery of food, exploring different flavours to compliment each dish.

The menu incorpates vibrant mediterranean flavours from its chargrilled meat selection to whole oven roasted fish and fresh seafood, as well as rotisserie cooked meats and sausages, pasta and risotto. If you are feeling ravenous, opt for the tasting plates, which are an excellent way to sample a variety of dishes on the Adria menu. The Fisherman's Bar (Rybar, pronounced Ree-bah) services the Cockle Bay Wharf Terrace for cocktails, drinks and alfresco dining from the bar menu. Adria is also open for breakfast, offering delcious cafe fare such as toasted apple and hazelnut muesli, bound with honey, yoghurt and topped with fresh fruit. There are also savoury alternatives including omelette's and poached eggs with turkish toast, served in a benedict or florentine style.
