The 25th Floor Restaurant is located in the Bayview Boulevard Hotel on William Street, just a few blocks from Hyde Park and minutes from the centre of Sydney CBD.

Famed for ole blue eyes Frank Sinatra’s stay back in the seventies, the unassuming Bayview Boulevard is just a quick stroll up William Street – or a not-so-quick one if you take in the supercar dealerships in the area. From the outside it looks like just another office building (albeit one with a very nice marble foyer), but travel 25 floors up and your perception will change.

This is the domain of 25th Floor Restaurant and Bar where panoramic Sydney views mix with a modern Australian menu. Here the likes of duck pate with toasted brioche and spicy Tamarillo chutney and goat’s cheese, leek and mushroom tart pull corporate types and city visitors in, while a Bayview seafood platter, which spills over with the fruit of the ocean, keeps them firmly in place. Drawing on his experience from all over the world, Executive Chef, Patrick Burgess, has reinvented the menu to create a collection of dishes to suit every palate. The eclectic mix of cooking styles featured on the menu range from Cajun to French and Italian to Chinese.

The 25th Floor Restaurant seats 120 and is perfect for corporate dinners and wedding receptions. With the cocktail bar down the city side and the restaurant on the harbour side of the building you are treated to the best views Sydney has to offer.
