The atmosphere of the 10 William Street wine bar was described in Gourmet Traveller as feeling like “you’ve just stepped into a party you’re not sure you’re invited to, but definitely want to join”. The boys from Fratelli Paradiso have combined their wine romance with traditional Italian flavours such as the salt brisket panino which honours the corned beef sandwiches enjoyed across the little country.
