Sometimes the most traditional preparation and cooking techniques are the best, and that’s what keeps regulars of Esco Pazzo Restaurant in Mittagong returning for second, third and fourth servings. Homemade favourites such as stone-fired pizza, spaghetti bolognaise and gnocci are all lovingly made by Head Chef Emilio Picchio, who brings with him over his 35 years of cooking across the world from Rome to Sydney.
