Former owners of Redfern’s Strangers with Candy Veronica Stute and Justin Wells have opened Two Skinny Cooks in quaint and quiet Berrima. The Modern Australian menu showcases produce from Stute and Wells’ own nearby farm with standout dishes included potted Atlantic salmon and Highland Organics ricotta and mozzarella ravioli.

Had a lovely, long lazy lunch at this divine new restaurant in Berrima. The pate was delicious, the meat platter was yummy and the homemade cakes were to die for! My daughters couldn't get enough of the cheesecake brownies and homemade carrot cake. Well worth a trip to Berrima to have breakfast or lunch there!review 24/08/2011
