DETAILSWhen British TV chef Rick Stein took over the reins of Bannister's restaurant late last year, no one would have anticipated what impact he would have on Bannisters and the beautiful seaside resort town of Mollymook.
Rick of British TV celebrity fame, who has the famous seafood restaurant in the Cornish fishing village of Padstow has brought his recipes and seafood knowledge to Australia to make use of the fabulous fish and shellfish to be found in the waters south of Sydney. Bannisters is the perfect combination of excellent food, tranquility and privacy with all the comforts and facilities of a coastal retreat.
Originally built in the 1970's as a seaside motel Bannisters has been upgraded to a 4.5 star boutique hotel with an informal seaside atmosphere.

From the school holidays onwards (24th September) Rick Stein at Bannisters will be open 7 days a week for breakfast lunch, and dinner (no lunch specials though) through until the end of the Easter holidays next year.
