FOOD AND BEVERAGEThe grill lies at the centre of the superb Legend’s kitchen, offering a range of prime beef cuts such as Tajima Wagyu, Byron Bay Berkshire Pork and Cape Grim rib eye cutlets from Tasmania, sourced from Australia’s best suppliers. The a la carte menu has a focus on fresh seafood prepared in unique marinades for starters, a further meat focus for mains and selection of light sides to compliment any meal. Legend’s beverage menu focuses on local drops from the surrounding Hunter Valley region as well as boasting a selection of dessert port, cognac and malt whiskey.
