Bistro Ceello (formerly Selkirks) is a destination restaurant in the country town of Orange, south western New South Wales. The new owners Scott and Melanie Want (formerly from Union Bank Wine Store) are keeping the tradition alive by serving exceptional cuisine with an emphasis on game dishes. Well priced wine list and attentive service. An intimate dining room seating up to 20 is available for private functions.

Orange is in the central western district of Orange.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Bistro Ceello is the new home of Orange local chef Scott Want, formerly of Union Bank Wine Bar. Scott has also worked along side Michael & Josephine Manners for 7 years whilst establishing Selkirks Restaurant.
Bistro Ceello is a place where you can enjoy a relaxed meal featuring simple, local flavours in a comfortable, iconic restaurant.

FUNCTIONS
The restaurant can cater for a wide range of functions. From small groups of 20 guests in our private dining room or between 30 to 50 guests in the main dining room. Bistro Ceello can also cater for functions of up to 80 guests and intimate weddings to a maximum of 80 guests.
