AWARDED ONE CHEF’S HAT - SMH GOOD FOOD GUIDE 2007-2012
Cowra has a real star on the restaurant scene these days with Neila - a consistent winner offering contemporary food from the region. Neila is a restaurant for the discerning diner, serving contemporary cuisine and has received nine consecutive Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Hat Awards, and is one of only two hatted restaurants in Central NSW. Their philosophy is to grow and source the raw materials from within as close a radius to the restaurant as possible - the Cowra "terroir" with good relationships with local producers from organic fruit and vegetable growers to deer and rabbit farmers.
