Bathurst's finest restaurant – award winning Cobblestonelane restaurant is housed in the historic and beautifully restored Webb Chambers building built in 1863. Cobblestone’s dining room oozes history and charm of this former department store with the centrepiece of the restaurant an old convict-built well. With good old-fashioned country charm and quality, chef and owner Heath Smith presents a modern Australian menu with an emphasis on local products.
