LOCATIONWyndham Estate is two and a half hours drive north of Sydney.
Follow Wine Country Drive (shown on the map as Branxton Road), heading towards Branxton. Once you arrive in Branxton, you will come to a T intersection with the Branxton Post Office on your left. Turn left and follow the sign to New England Highway. At the traffic lights, turn right heading towards Greta and Maitland. At the next set of lights (Branxton swimming pool will be on your right), turn left, then take the first right into Dalwood Road. Follow Dalwood Road about 12kms to the entrance of Wyndham Estate.
FUNCTION DETAILSThis historic Hunter Valley winery houses the Wyndham Estate Cellar Door and a relaxed cafe with both indoor and outdoor dining options, with barbecue and picnic facilities on the banks of the Hunter River. Wyndham Estate is one of Australia's most successful wine brands and is most recognised for BIN 555, Australia's favourite Shiraz. They also have an extensive range of other varieties, wines from other regions, and for the connoisseur, exclusive single vineyard Hunter wines.
CELLAR DOORThe Wyndham Estate winery and cellar door offers excellent function facilities for corporate meetings to extravagant formal functions for up to 400 guests. This unique venue is extremely flexible and tailor function packages to suit your needs and budget. Some of the largest events in the Hunter Valley can be catered for at Wyndham Estate. A combination of catering, premium wines and the ambience of the historic winery with beautiful gardens make this a choice for all functions. Catering for large functions and corporate events is by renowned local chef Andy Wright of the award winning Hunter Valley restaurant, The Cellar.
When you visit Wyndham Estate you are invited to sample acclaimed wines, enjoy a walk through the 100 year old winery, and stay for a sumptuous lunch in the café (open weekends and Public Holiday's from 11.00am - 3.00pm). OPENING TIMESThe Cafe/Restaurant at Wyndham Estate is only open on Saturday and Sunday and on public holidays.
