Located nine feet below the surface, Nine is a unique, intimate and luxurious dining experience. The private space is surrounded by earthy, rich and warm sandstone and wood surfaces providing an inviting dining location. Situated at the 5 star Relais & Chateaux property, Tower Lodge located in the Hunter Valley.

Nine only seats 12 special guests at any one time. Providing a new level in dining diversity, each guest is surprised with a decadent 9 course degustation menu with the option of matched wines for each course. Accompanying the specially selected wines from around the globe is an array of Riedel varietal glassware to match every style of wine on the wine menu. Along with the special glassware Nine also provides the most elegant and unique selection of wine decanters to ensure every wine is treated with the utmost care. The French inspired service will ensure your night is intimate but attentive enabling a relaxed dining encounter either for a private dinner or celebration. Nine is like no other dining experience.

Open Friday & Saturday nights 6.30pm to 8.30pm, bookings essential or any day of the week for private parties larger than 10 guests.

CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS
Tower Lodge has been designed as the ultimate meetings, small conference and incentive retreat. Company boards are encouraged to use the Lodge on a sole occupancy basis affording executives total exclusivity. The purpose built conference room offers a quiet haven for gatherings, and ideally caters for up to 20 around the boardroom table. Featured are state-of-the-art audio visual and communications equipment plus a business centre that provides full conference support.
Adjacent to the conference room is a charming teahouse for coffee and tea breaks and a separate syndicate room. Dedicated conference stewards ensure the smooth running of every meeting.
