The Mill’s views are uniquely Australian as is the Restaurant; both in the style of the venue and food. Taste our contemporary fine dining with a twist from the a la carte menu in the evening or mouth watering lunch menu. Various menu options are available for groups and conferences; catering for all special eating requirements.
FUNCTIONS
For conference lunches are served in or around the restaurant; depending on what is desired and conveniently located to the conference room. Morning & afternoon teas are generally served outside the conference room allowing a breath of fresh air or around the fireplace depending on the season. The property does also lend itself to making that memorable conference with various dining locations available.
Your conference dinner will be remembered for all the right reasons with our Executive Chef Scott Smith guiding his talented team. Scott has devised a fantastic Cooking School but menus for groups which are included such as Wine Makers Dinner, Banquet Degustation, Gourmet BBQ, Dessert Towers, Dessert Fruit Trees and of course the traditional three course dinner (select from our a la carte menu or alternate drop option).
