LOCATION
Nestled on the Hawkesbury River, Berowra Waters Inn is just forty minutes north of Sydney’s CBD and accessible by sea plane from Rose Bay and Palm Beach (see details below). Patrons can also reach the Inn by ferry from public wharves at Bay Road or Kirkpatrick Way in Berowra Waters. Alternatively guests are invited to make use of their own boats to reach the Inn, with a private tender service operating from the restaurant’s pier. You can find the Inn with your own GPS (or view with Google Earth) at S33¹35¹43 E151¹07¹18. Sawyere’s menu for Berowra Waters Inn showcases the Mediterranean and his passion for seafood while using local and organic produce where possible. Guests may select their own degustation menu from a selection of sixteen choices with four, five and six courses available – and more if you like.

MAIN DINING ROOM
The Main Dining Room of this acclaimed building takes full advantage of its position overlooking the calm waters of the river and the National Park bush setting on the other side. They are able to accommodate up to 80 guest in the main dining area for a 'sit down' event or up to 150 guests for a 'cocktail' style event.

THE DECK
The outside deck area is ideal for a 'cocktail' style event of up to 80 guests. The two tiered area is set under the gum trees and offers a beautiful location for holding that special cocktail event. Alternatively you may like to use the area for pre-meal drinks and canapés if you are holding a sit down event
inside.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM
The Private Dining Room has a stunning location at the west end of the building. They are able to accommodate up to 14 guests on one boardroom style table or up to 20 guests if we utilise two tables. With two 'walls' of glass to enjoy the serene bush setting and sparkling waters of the Hawkesbury. The room also features an open sandstone fireplace for those chilly, crystal clear winter days.
