The name says it all; Shimmers on First in Sawtell NSW is a shining gem hidden beneath Sawtell’s engulfing fig trees, making alfresco dining on a Summers day the perfect way to appreciate all Sawtell has to offer. Owners Liz and Luke Floyd source the cafe’s produce and meat from local businesses and dressings, marinates and sauces are all made on site to harness the freshest flavours and textures from their secret recipe book!
