A classic white beach house restaurant, Pearls On The Beach is set only meters from the sand, overlooking the rolling waves of Broken Bay. Tucked away on the shores of Broken Bay, Pearls on the Beach is located just 70 minutes north of Sydney. Getting to Pearls on the Beach is easy: By car from Sydney, 70 minutes north on the F3. Follow Woy Woy, then Pearl Beach signs from the Gosford exit. (90 mins from Sydney CBD).

At Pearls on the Beach, all that lies between diners and the sand, is a narrow veranda and tall row of Norfolk Pines. Innovative, mouth-watering cuisine aside, one of the first things that you will notice when you arrive at Pearls on the Beach is the restaurant's friendly, knowledgeable staff. With a detailed understanding of every item on the menu, Pearls on the Beach's staff are always happy to make recommendations, match wines to your meal and do everything else possible to ensure your meal and total experience at the the restaurant is second to none

FOOD & BEVERAGE
A regularly rotating menu promises the best of modern Australian cuisine with a focus on innovative flavours, with inspiration taken from around the world. Poultry, red meat and game are regular favourites of Head Chef Scott Fox, but with Pearls on the Beach's waterfront position, the freshest Australian seafood is always a specialty. Enjoy your meal on the beach-front veranda during summer, or next to the roaring open fireplace in winter.

CHEF
Pearls On The Beach a la carte restaurant was purchased by owner/operators Melissa and Scott Fox in 2002. After serving the restaurant as Head Chef from September 2000, Scott made the decision to move from employee to owner, seizing the opportunity to make his mark on Australian cuisine. Scott regularly travels to all corners of the globe, finding inspiration in local flavours and discovering culinary delights that can be developed for the Pearls on the Beach menu.

FUNCTIONS
Pearls on the Beach's unrivalled mix of a priceless beach-edge position, innovative, mouth-watering cuisine and friendly, knowledgeable service means that the restaurant is often booked well in advance for functions of all kinds. Accommodating up to 72 guests for a sit-down meal or 90 guests in a cocktail setting, Pearls on the Beach has a number of food and beverage packages to suit all themes and budgets. Our veranda enjoys cooling ocean breezes and is a perfect venue for your function during the summer months, during winter, Pearls on the Beach has a magnificent open fireplace to create a warm, intimate atmosphere for your guests.

WEDDINGS
Pearls on the Beach has everything to make your special day absolutely perfect. Speak to us about our food and beverage package plus special prices for children, DJs and photographers. At Pearls on the Beach, Saturday lunch weddings are a specialty and the restaurant can cater for parties of up to 90. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were going to have a top experience. Their menu selection was excellently balanced. In all, we tried some eight dishes and all were prepared and tasted like we've not had before. The service was definately in the exceptional category. Must say, Scott and Melissa are perfectionists!
