AUTUMN AT BELLS
Autumn at Bells is picking fresh Italian sugarloaf lettuce from the garden to serve with thin slices of organic air dried beef. Pulling small beetroot out of the ground and roasting them for a salad with walnut dressing. Harvesting Italian striped zucchini to accompany boned whole quail stuffed and roasted with barley. Berries and stone fruit feature in desserts with baked strawberry custard tart and almond milk pannacotta with nectarines in amaretto. Bells are eagerly awaiting the first crop of the Italina heirloom tomatoes.

Bells at Killcare is open for dinner seven nights from 6.30pm and for lunch Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12.00pm.
BELLS DINING ROOM AND BAR
The vision at Bells at Killcare is to create a retreat together with an authentic regional restaurant. The charming restaurant seats 60 in the main dining room with another 20 seats on the large verandah, plus two private dining rooms seats 15. The restaurant is open 7 nights, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for lunch and is open for non guests.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The menu is Italian-inspired and seasonal under the direction of renowned and celebrated chef Steve Manfredi. His approach is to provide uncomplicated, skilful fresh and delicious food, using local ingredients such as Hawkesbury River oysters and local seafood as well as Gundooee Wagyu beef rom the Central Tablelands and Bangalo from the Northern Rivers.
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Stefano Manfredi is a leading exponent of modern Italian cooking. Born in Lombardy region of northern Italy he came to Australia in 1961. His culinary journey was launched when he opened his first restaurant in 1983. Manfredis Restaurant transformed the way the cuisine of Italy was offered in Sydney.
FUNCTIONS
Bells at Killcare is a wonderful venue for a wedding. Bells Restaurant can cater for up to 70 people for a dinner or 200 people for a stand up cocktail party. Concertina glass doors open onto the huge veranda overlooking the gardens which is the ideal spot to hold your Garden Ceremony and be served champagne and canapes. The price includes a 5-hour reception. Two other private dining rooms of up to 16 people each are available.
BELLS DAY SPA
The newly completed Bells at Killcare Day Spa is now open for pampering. The beautiful day spa is located in a fully restored, two story, pitched roof barn, located adjacent to the Manor House and has full use of the new Bells at Killcare 20 metre lap pool (with change facilities & lockers).
The fully refurbished Day Spa features the signature blue & white coastal country style of the manor house, with beautiful marble topped vanities and white French country style dressers. Luxurious, extra large massage tables are installed along with a relaxation courtyard garden and four luxuriously appointed beauty therapy, massage and wet treatment rooms. The day spa operates as a facility for inhouse guests of the Hotel as well as being open to the public - by appointment.
The couples room, designed for sharing the spa experience, is made complete with romantic French doors leading onto a private balcony overlooking a peaceful bushland setting.
The Bells at Killcare Day Spa features Li’tya (pronounced Li’Dya and meaning “of the earth”) a unique and beautiful Aboriginal inspired spa product that utilises only the highest quality native plants and botanical extracts in its range. Visitors to the Day Spa will be offered a selection of signature Kodo Massage, Facials, Pedicure, Manicure, Herbal Mud Wraps and Sacred Gubbera Stone Massage (hand carved crystal stones sourced from the northern WA region.) The LI'TYA spa experience is revered and enjoyed across the globe for its dedication to excellence and its truly holistic approach to caring for you physically and spiritually. Guests will be able to enjoy a Manfredi coffee or a chilled beverage from the Bar with a simple menu of snacks available to relax and rejuvinate in the spas delightful courtyard.
Personal Statement
Sunday at Bells at Killcare is a day for family, music and feasting. To celebrate the cooler weather and Sunday lunches, BElls has introduced The Itgalian Style Sunday Family Feast. The feast includes platters of antipasto, hand made pasta, a weekly roast with acompanying vegetables and desserts for $65. The a la carte menu is still available.
Following the success of Jazz on the first Sunday of each month, Bells at Killcare and the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music have partnered to support young musicians in showcasting their talent every Sunday.
