The timber-laden floors, marble topped tables, grand fire place and art deco chandeliers bring diners into the period ambience of the residence. Chef Sharon McGoogan brings his honest approach to cooking to the table, delivering wholesome modern Australian cuisine. The menu is divided into three categories: savoury, sweet and cheese, with most platters designed to be shared. Dine on the likes of ocean trout tartare with horseradish, and sourdough toast or market fish with lentils, salsa verde, and pangrattato for something savoury, and a chocolate, nut, and raisin truffle for that sweet treat.
