A stately entrance to the property has been created adjacent to Darleys Restaurant allowing guests to enjoy the stunning new outdoor heated pool which overlooks the Jamison Valley. Lavish pink, green and lilac/beige themed rooms predominate, featuring sumptuous floral designs. Complemented by marble bathrooms, each with separate bath and shower, some rooms offer views of Echo Point’s vast mountains and plunging valleys.
Steeped in history, Darley’s Restaurant is set in the heritage-listed, original homestead of Frederick Darley, the sixth Chief Justice of NSW and is a tribute to a bygone era.

High Tea at Lilianfels
It’s teatime in the Mountains and the famous Lilianfels High Tea - a triple-tiered plate with delicious finger sandwiches, dainty cakes and light fresh scones with clotted cream and homemade jam - is being served in The Lounge. This is the beating heart of the hotel, where a warm welcome awaits everyone, whether you are here for business, leisure, or just pure pleasure.
A selection of afternoon teas are available daily from 12.00 noon to 6.00 pm. Everything from Devonshire Tea with home made fruit scones with jam and double cream to High Tea served with a glass of Champagne.
Mystic High Tea -
Mystic High Tea is offered in the Lounge on weekends from 1pm to 4pm. This indulgent experience combines a decadent Afternoon Tea with a 30 minute personal tea leaf reading. The resort’s resident psychic, Nicola interprets the tea leaves to unveil a unique picture of your future. Learn the wonderful art of finding symbols and meaning in your cup. Additional cost of $50 per person applies.
