Ellacure has something for everyone. Perhaps you feel in the mood for some drinks with friends and a shared tapas plate? Or a romantic dinner in the warm, intimate surrounds of the dining room? Or just dinner out, with fantastic service, food and wine? Whatever you’re looking for, Ellacure will do its best to provide. The team runs like a well-oiled machine (especially for a newer Canberra restaurant): the waiters are friendly and polite, while the chefs ensure that every meal arrives swiftly and piping hot. The modern interior embraces a silver and black colour scheme, with a bar that oversees proceedings. Soft jazz pipes over the stereo system, but not loud enough to be distracting.

The best food, the best wine and the absolute best staff. The staff really know their cuisine and wines and are friendly and courteous. All menus, breakfast (on the weekends), lunch and dinner, are first rate. If you haven't been there you really should try it at least once but believe me once will never enough. review 12/12/2012

I was introduced to Ellacure by my son and have been a few times over the past couple of years and every time it has been fabulous. The staff can't be faulted they are so friendly and attentive and the food delicious. My favorite the Tasmanian Salmon cooked exactly as I asked for (well done)Yum Yum. We've been to Ellacure approx 12 times over the past 3 years. Their service, food and wine has been consistently good every time and I highly recommend them for any style of dinner from a light dinner with friends to a romantic birthday dinner with your partner. The staff are highly trained and extremely knowledgeable about the food and the wine on offer - we've never regretted letting them choose our wines! review 18/09/2011
