Sydney’s stylish Otto Ristorante has lost chef James Kidman to Canberra’s dining scene who are revelling in his masterpieces at Dieci e Mezzo in Civic. Striking décor combines marble features and dramatic lighting in contemporary style, perfectly fitted to the new building in which it is situated. This central area of Canberra has seen a dramatic transformation over the past few years, and Dieci e Mezzo is a perfect example of the culinary treasures now to be found in the area.
