Try a ‘Harbourside Rose'; the heady combination of Bombay Gin, Martini rosato, rose syrup, grapefruit, lychee and egg white is ‘a toast to the romantics'. The wine list is primarily Australian and well priced by the glass, and the spirits selection is extensive.
